Overview
ZY-KGZ-2S double station pattern rapid drying is a test equipment for rapid vacuum heating drying of wet paper samples up to 200mm in diameter. It uses vacuum heating drying technology, has the characteristics of high Vacuum Level and fast drying, and is widely used to identify Pulp performance and formulate Refining process specifications. It can also be used for vacuum drying of thin fiber samples.
Features
1. With a dual-station design;
2. High Temperature Control Accuracy, High Vacuum Level, Large Extraction Volume;
3. Made of stainless steel;
4. Fast drying speed, suitable for Basis Weight 30-80g/m ² paper samples to complete drying within 4-6 minutes;
5. Heating power and vacuum pump Power configuration is reasonable, energy saving and efficient.
Principle
The equipment extracts air through a vacuum pump to form a high vacuum environment in a confined space, and combines heating elements to provide heat, so that the moisture in the wet paper pattern is quickly evaporated and pumped away, thus realizing fast drying. The vacuum pressing force is about 0.1MPa, ensuring that the drying process is efficient and uniform.
Applications
Pulp performance appraisal, Refining process specification formulation, Vacuum drying of thin fiber samples
Steps
1. Place the wet paper pattern on the equipment station to ensure that the diameter does not exceed 200mm.
2. Start the equipment, the vacuum pump starts to work, and establish a vacuum environment;
3. Set the drying temperature (up to 120 ° C) and drying time (adjusted according to the Basis Weight of the paper sample, generally 4-6 minutes);
4. Equipment automatic heating and vacuum drying process;
5. After drying is completed, turn off the equipment and take out the drying sample.
Notice
Make sure the diameter of the pattern does not exceed 200mm to avoid overloading the equipment.
• The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ° C to prevent damage to the pattern;
• Check whether the vacuum pump and heating system are normal before operation;
• Avoid touching high-temperature parts when the equipment is running to prevent burns;
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to maintain stable performance.
