Overview
Smart in-situ double shearing instrument is a special instrument used to detect the shear strength of building masonry. Principle
Press the manual pump to press the handle, the hydraulic oil is connected to the intelligent digital pressure gauge all the way through YouTube, and the other way enters the double shear meter to push the piston up, and the piston pushes the cover plate to apply thrust to the block. With the increase of the thrust on the block, the upper and lower sides of the block are shearing, and the oil pressure quickly decreases back to zero, and the piston returns to position under the action of spring force. The intelligent digital pressure gauge records the pressure value at this time, and the shear strength of the masonry can be calculated by calculating.
Steps
1. Press the manual pump to press the handle, and the hydraulic oil enters the system.
2. Observe the reading of the intelligent digital pressure gauge.
3. Record the pressure value when the block shears.
4. Calculate the shear strength of the masonry.
