Overview
KS-VS intelligent miniature pullout instrument is a testing instrument composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, intelligent digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose with quick connector, anchor, tie rod, adapter and portable portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN, MPa), with peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions, advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder design, easy to operate
2. Intelligent digital pressure gauge, directly reading the force value (KN, MPa)
3. With peak hold, storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions
4.2.8-Inch full-touch LCD display, supports Chinese and English languages
5. High-capacity lithium battery charging, Type-c interface
6. Bluetooth printing optional, support pressure Linear dispersion display
7. Light and portable, total weight 12KG, suitable for on-site use
8. Data storage capacity, can store 200,000 and computer Connectivity
Principle
KS-VS intelligent miniature pullout instrument drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension through manual pump pressure, which acts on the anchor. The intelligent digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the force value in real time, and transmits the force through the high voltage hose and anchor to realize the pullout resistance detection of the anchor rod, steel bar and other anchors. The system automatically records the peak value and data, and supports storage and query.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and intelligent digital pressure gauge
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters to the tested anchors
3. By pressurizing the manual pump, observe the change of the digital meter force value
4. Record spikes and data, using storage and query functions
5. After the detection is completed, it will be cleared and automatically shut down.
Notice
• Check whether the device connection is firm before use
• Make sure the anchors are installed correctly to avoid loosening
• Operate slowly when pressurized to prevent overload
• Charge regularly to keep the lithium battery fully charged
• Pay attention to backup when storing data to prevent loss
Avoid use in humid or extreme environments
• If there is any problem during the quality assurance period, contact the after-sales service in time
