Overview
The intelligent subgrade pavement bonding performance detector (model: KS-L5S, brand: KOSON) is mainly used to detect the bonding performance of subgrade pavement. The instrument consists of a miniature ultra-light small manual pump, a small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, an intelligent digital pressure gauge, a high voltage YouTube (2.5 meters) with a quick connector, a portable instrument case, a reaction frame, a tie rod and a 100mm marker block. Its value display part is an integrated multi-function display instrument, which can directly read the tensile force value (kN and MPa), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions, with backlight display.

Principle
The tester drives hydraulic oil through a miniature manual pump to generate tension in a small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder. The tension is transmitted to the bonding surface of the tested pavement or roadbed through a reaction frame and a tie rod. The intelligent digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the tension value in real time, and connects all parts of the system through high voltage YouTube to realize the Basis Weight detection of the bonding performance.

Steps
1. Take the instrument out of the portable case and connect it to the high voltage YouTube, hydraulic cylinder, manual pump and intelligent digital display meter.
2. Install the reaction frame, tie rod and 100mm marker to the position of the road surface or roadbed to be tested.
3. Turn on the power supply of the smart digital display meter and set the unit (kN or MPa) and language as required.
4. Operate the manual pump to slowly apply force to the hydraulic cylinder until the bonding surface is damaged or the preset force value is reached.
5. The digital display meter will automatically maintain peak tension, record and store data.
6. After the test is completed, query the historical data through the digital display table, or connect the computer or printer through Bluetooth for data export and printing.
7. Turn off the power supply, disassemble the parts, and put them back in the portable case after cleaning.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the connection of each part is firm and whether the YouTube is damaged.
• Please ensure that the reaction frame is firmly installed during operation to prevent sliding during the test.
Do not exceed the instrument's maximum measurement range (50kN) to avoid triggering overload protection.
• The lithium battery powered by the instrument needs to be charged regularly to ensure sufficient power.
• The instrument should be stored in a drying and clean environment to avoid corrosive substances.
• When making numerical corrections or complex settings, please refer to the detailed instructions.
• Do not bump the surface of the hydraulic cylinder and piston rod to maintain accuracy.
• If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to regularly power on the instrument.
