Overview
Subgrade pavement bonding performance tester (model: KS-L5, brand: KOSON) is mainly used to detect the bonding performance of subgrade pavement. The instrument consists of a miniature ultra-light small manual pump, a small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage YouTube (2.5 meters) with a quick connector, a portable instrument case, a reaction frame, a tie rod and a 100mm marker block. The numerical display part is an integrated multi-function display instrument, which can directly read the tensile force value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions, with backlit display.

Principle
The tester generates tension by driving a small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder through a micro-manual pump, and the tension is transmitted to the bonding of the road surface to be tested through the reaction frame and the tie rod. The tension value is displayed and recorded in real time by the digital pressure gauge, and the meter has the function of automatic calculation and peak hold to evaluate the bonding performance of the roadbed and pavement.

Steps
1. Connect the components of the instrument (manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, high voltage YouTube, reaction frame, tie rod and standard block).
2. Fix the reaction frame and tie rod at the position of the road surface to be tested.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital display instrument.
4. Operate the manual pump to make the hydraulic cylinder apply tension smoothly.
5. By observing and recording the tensile force value through the meter, the meter can automatically maintain the peak value.
6. After the test is completed, release the pressure and reset the hydraulic cylinder.
7. Query or store test data through the meter.
