Principle
The smart bolt puller is pressurized by a manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value (KN or MPa) in real time, and automatically records the peak value and stores the data. The hydraulic cylinder has an automatic reset function to ensure efficient operation.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge;
2. Install the matching parts (such as anchors, pull rods) to the tested anchors;
3. Start the equipment and apply pressure through a manual pump.
4. Observe the reading force value of the digital pressure gauge, and the equipment automatically records the peak value.
5. Use storage and query functions to manage data.
6. Optional Bluetooth printout results;
7. After the test is completed, the device will automatically reset and shut down.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is firmly connected before use to avoid high voltage hose leakage;
• Regularly check the battery level and charge it using the Type-c interface;
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid overloading.
• Ensure environment drying when storing data to prevent equipment from getting wet;
• If there is any problem during the quality assurance period, contact the after-sales service in time and maintain the service for life.
