Overview
The smart bolt puller KS-60S consists of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector and options (anchors, rods, adapters) and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders adopts a hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN, MPa), with peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The smart bolt pullout instrument is pressurized by a manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value (KN or MPa) in real time, and has the functions of Data storage, peak holding and automatic reset to realize the accurate detection of the anti-pull force of the anchor.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge
2. Installation options (anchors, tie rods, adapters)
3. Manually pressurize for pull-out test
4. Read the force value and observe the pressure Linear dispersion through the digital display meter
5. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum force value
6. Store test data
7. Automatic reset after the test is completed
Notice
