Overview
The smart bolt puller is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, optional parts (anchors, pull rods, adapter joints) and a portable portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN, MPa), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown functions. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder design; 2. Digital display integrated, direct reading force value (KN, MPa); 3. Peak hold, storage, clear, query function; 4. Automatic shutdown function; 5.2.8 inch full touch LCD display; 6. Support Bluetooth printing (optional); 7. High-capacity lithium battery charging, Type-c interface; 8. Chinese and English language support; 9. Pressure Linear dispersion display; 10. Automatic reset cylinder; 11. Portable box design, suitable for on-site use; 12. One year of quality assurance.
Principle
The smart bolt pullout instrument is pressurized by manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, the digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time, and has the function of Data storage and automatic reset to realize the accurate detection of the anti-pull force of the anchor.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
