Principle
The equipment provides the base material through the discharge rack, and scrapes or roller coatings are carried out by the coating roller group. The thickness of the Spreader is adjusted by the dial meter. After the Spreader, the base material is smoothly transferred to the drying tunnel through the transmission platform, and then pulled to the cladding process through the traction roller group to realize the automatic alignment and compounding of the material, and finally the winding completes the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack.
