TBJ-X4-ZB1 Automatic Film Applicator adopts imported accessories, which are cheap and favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. The uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's glue application are guaranteed by controlling the speed and stable pressure. The equipment is designed to solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency, improve film reproducibility, and facilitate the operator to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, combined with the bar coating method, to achieve accurate wet-film Spreader, reduce the difference caused by human factors, and improve film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage; 2. Select the bar type and set the thickness of the Spreader as needed; 3. Adjust the speed and pressure parameters of the Spreader; 4. Start the Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate; 5. Start the automatic Spreader process; 6. Remove the sample for subsequent processing after completion.
