Overview
The Furnace temperature tracker for HC-4 non-stick pans is a High Accuracy and High Stability furnace temperature test recording product with superior thermal insulation performance for temperature mapping in harsh thermal environments. The system and the product use the Heat Treatment Furnace to track and monitor the temperature of the Heat Treatment Furnace and the product throughout the process. Valuable data can be obtained without tug testing. The resulting Linedispersion analysis report provides the true temperature status of the product and the furnace in real time to help optimize operation. By equalizing temperature, time and heating rate, the line speed and product mass can be increased for efficient production. The system is also equipped with a powerful software analysis system, which saves the collected temperature values and performs simultaneous analysis and processing of parameters such as functional temperature and length, time, and product functions.

Principle
The HC-4 Furnace temperature tracker collects temperature data through the K-type Thermocouple Sensor, and together with the product, tracks and monitors the temperature of the Heat Treatment Furnace and the product throughout the process. The collected temperature value is recorded and stored in the memory, and the data is saved and analyzed through a powerful software analysis system. The synchronous analysis of functional temperature and parameters such as length, time, and product function is realized, and the Linear dispersion analysis report is formed to provide the true temperature state.
