Principle
The test chamber is controlled by microcomputer + P.I.D. + S.S.R automatic calculation of saturated steam temperature degree to achieve accurate temperature and pressure adjustment. The internal structure of circular stainless steel, combined with air cleanliness technology, ensures the pure environment in the box. During the test, the equipment automatically controls the temperature rise, pressure and Humidity to achieve the set saturated steam conditions to simulate the aging environment, and maintains the product drying state through the timing drying function.

Steps
1. Set the time range from 0 to 999 hours
2. Temperature range 105 ℃~ 132 ℃
3. Set pressure range 0.2Kg/cm2~ 2.0 Kg/cm2 or 2.2 Kg/cm2
4. Start the equipment, and the microcomputer automatically calculates and controls the saturated steaming temperature
5. The equipment is automatically raised and pressurized, and the pressure is automatically drained at the end of the test

- Heating time from room temperature to 135 ° C in about 40 minutes, pressurization time from 0.0Kg/cm2 to 2.2Kg/cm2 in about 45 minutes
