Overview
The DCW-4020 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a horizontal, tabletop thermostatic device. It features copper nickel-plated refrigeration coils and 304 thickened stainless steel countertops to provide users with a constant, uniform temperature source for both hot and cold.
Features
1. Using three-wire wiring PT100, the measurement is more accurate.
2. With over-temperature protection and over-temperature beeping alarm system.
3. With timing function, the total working time can be set.
4. Equipped with a silent circulating pump to effectively ensure Temperature uniformity.
5. The PID can be automatically adjusted or manually adjusted.
6. Large LCD display, Display resolution up to 0.01 ℃.
Principle
The device controls the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the refrigeration coil and heating system, and uses a silent circulation pump to promote the circulation of the medium in the tank or inside and outside to achieve and maintain a uniform and constant temperature field. The PID Control system automatically or manually adjusts the output according to the deviation of the set value and the actual Measured value to ensure stable temperature.
Applications
Laboratory thermostatic experiments, sample thermostatic preservation, chemical reaction thermostatic control, material testing, biological fostering
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards.
Steps
Place the device on a stable desktop and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium to the Tank.
3. Set the target temperature, Working time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD interface.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating pump starts to work, and the equipment enters the temperature control state.
5. After use, turn off the power of the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Make sure the device is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated desktop environment.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz and properly grounded.
• Do not start the heating or cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature components such as refrigeration coils.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt and deal with abnormal situations in time.
• Regularly clean the equipment and keep the ventilator open.
