Overview
The TBJ-X3-ABO5 Automatic Film Applicator for Perovskites is equipped with imported High Accuracy Mayer Rods, which has heating and Vacuum chuck functions. It uses a nitrogen gas source to accelerate the drying of the perovskite solution, and realizes 360-degree angle adjustment of the air knife. Dry-Film can be as thin as nano-level. The device solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency through automated Spreader, which significantly improves film reproducibility. Spreader can produce accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator unifies the perovskite solution of the Spreader on the surface of the substrate through Mayer Rods, and uses the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate to ensure the flatness of the Spreader. In the Spreader process, Platen Heating and nitrogen gas knife are used to accelerate drying, and the preparation of nano-thick Dry-Film is realized by precisely controlling the speed, pressure and temperature parameters of the Spreader.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the Vacuum chuck table to fix
2. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Travel, Temperature, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Install the right Mayer Rods
4. Adjust the angle and position of the air knife
5. Start the Spreader
6. Wait for Spreader and drying to finish
7. Remove the sample completed by Spreader
