Overview
DASHENG air Compressor head OF500 is a special head specially designed for DA500 series air Compressors. Power is 550W, displacement is 115L/min at 0Bar and 55L/min at 5Bar. The head adopts a new motor design, which significantly improves the performance on the basis of the old model. The parts are made of stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance and optimize heat radiation through fan blowing. Users can replace the pump head separately when it is damaged, without scrapping the whole machine, effectively saving costs.
Features
1. External structure optimization: all screws are replaced with stainless steel, the heat dissipation hole is enlarged to improve the heat dissipation efficiency, and the aluminum alloy shell is cancelled to make the fan blow directly
2. Heat radiation improvement: cancel the aluminum cover design, so that heat through the motor shell and black surface gap direct radiation
3. Parts interchangeability: Most of the parts of the old and new machine heads are interchangeable, only the leather bowl and cylinder liner are different.
4. Extended service life: The scalp bowl of the new machine is only 6.3% abrasion after 1500 hours of extreme load test, and 100% copper wire is used to improve the heat radiation speed
5. Material upgrade: key components such as reinforcing rods are made of stainless steel, and cylinder liners are made of ceramic coatings for durability
Principle
The DASHENG air Compressor head OF500 is air compressed by motor drive, and the oil-free design ensures that the compressed air is pure. The motor runs at 1400rpm Rotation speed during operation, and the compressed air is generated by the movement of the piston. The fan blowing system effectively promotes heat radiation and keeps the head working stably at a suitable temperature.

Steps
1. Confirm that the nose model matches the air Compressor series
2. Remove the old machine head and clean the installation location
3. Install the new machine head and tighten all the screws
4. Connect the power supply and gas lines
5. Conduct no-load practice run to check the working status
6. Officially put into use
