Principle
The equipment is ground by vibration mode, the vibration speed range is 60-1800r/min, Frequency is 1-30Hz, combined with a variety of grinding tanks and adapters, dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding and high throughput grinding, rapid sample fine pulverization to 5~ 10μm particle size.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding tank or adapter according to the sample.
2. Set the grinding time (1s-99min59s) and vibration speed (60-1800r/min).
3. Start the device to grind.
4. Remove the sample after finishing grinding.
Notice
• Ensure that the sample feed size does not exceed 8mm.
• Select the appropriate grinding method according to the Sample type (dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding or high flux grinding).
• Make sure to tighten when using the sealing grinding tank to prevent sample leakage.
• Pay attention to the safety of liquid nitrogen when grinding at low temperature and avoid long-term freezing process.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure the repeatability of the grinding results.
