The HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is a HUXI brand equipment specially designed for laboratories for fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. Principle
The device pulverizes, grinds, mixes and homogenizes samples by vibration, supporting dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding and high flux grinding. The vibration speed can be adjusted in the range of 60-1800rpm, Frequency is 1-30Hz, by controlling the grinding time and speed, to ensure that the sample quickly reaches the desired particle size.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding tank and accessories according to the Sample type.
2. Put the sample into the grinding tank and ensure that the feed size does not exceed 8mm.
3. Set the grinding time, speed and program through the large screen Touchscreen, the time range is 1s-99min59s.
4. Start the equipment for grinding, the normal grinding time is 1-3 minutes.
5. After the grinding is completed, take out the sample, and the discharge particle size is about 5~ 10 μm.
Notice
• Ensure that the sample feed size does not exceed 8mm to avoid equipment damage.
• When grinding at low temperature, pay attention to the amount of liquid nitrogen used to avoid waste.
• Check the sealing of the grinding tank before operation to prevent sample leakage.
• Choose the appropriate grinding method and time according to the characteristics of the sample to ensure the grinding effect.
