The HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is a HUXI brand equipment specially designed for laboratories, suitable for fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. Principle
The equipment is ground by vibration mode, the vibration speed range is 60-1800rpm, Frequency is 1-30Hz, combined with dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding and high flux grinding, etc., to achieve rapid grinding and homogenization of the sample.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate grinding tank or adapter
2. Set the grinding time, speed and program through the large screen Touchscreen
3. Place the sample in the grinding tank and sealing
4. Start the equipment for ground processing
5. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed
Notice
• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Grinding time can be set between 1 second and 99 minutes and 59 seconds as needed
• Pay attention to the amount of liquid nitrogen used when using low temperature grinding
• Make sure the grinding tank is tightened and sealed correctly
• Select the appropriate grinding method and parameters according to the sample characteristics
