HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is specially designed to handle fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples in laboratories. Principle
Sample Handling is performed by vibration. The vibration speed range is 60-1800rpm. Frequency range is 1-30Hz. By controlling the grinding time and speed parameters, the sample is pulverized, ground, mixed and homogenized.

• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Regular grinding time is recommended to be controlled in 1-3 minutes
• Choose the appropriate grinding method according to the sample characteristics (dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding or high flux grinding)
• Pay attention to the material selection of the grinding tank to adapt to different Sample types
• Pay attention to the setting of equipment vibration parameters during operation
