The HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is a HUXI brand Sample Handling equipment specially designed for laboratories. It is suitable for fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. The equipment can handle a variety of samples such as cereals, soil, Tobacco, plant tissue, DNA extraction, etc. It has high-efficiency grinding and homogenization functions.

Principle
The device realizes Sample Handling by vibrating grinding. The grinding tank vibrates at a set Frequency to make the grinding medium collide and rub with the sample to achieve the effect of crushing and homogenization. It supports a variety of modes such as dry grinding, wet grinding and low temperature grinding, and can choose the appropriate grinding method according to the characteristics of the sample.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding tank and adapter according to the sample characteristics
2. Put the sample into the grinding tank and ensure sealing
3. Set grinding time, speed and Frequency parameters through Touchscreen
4. Start the equipment for ground processing
5. After the grinding is completed, take out the sample for subsequent analysis

• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Make sure the grinding can is well sealed before use
• Select the appropriate grinding method and parameters according to the sample characteristics
