Overview
The HMD-400 multifunctional freezing grinding instrument is a fine grinding and fine grinding equipment designed by HUXI brand for laboratory processing of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. It is suitable for cereal, soil, Tobacco, plant tissue, DNA extraction and other samples, with efficient grinding and homogenization functions.

Principle
The device realizes sample grinding by vibration, and the grinding tank vibrates at a set Frequency to make the grinding medium impact and rub the sample to achieve the effect of crushing and homogenization. The low temperature grinding function protects the thermosensitive sample by chilling down the liquid nitrogen.

Steps
1. Set up the grinding program through the large screen Touchscreen
2. Select or set grinding time and speed parameters
3. Place the sample in the grinding tank
4. Start the equipment for grinding
5. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed
Notice
• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Processing capacity does not exceed 2x20ml
• Regular grinding time is recommended for 1-3 minutes
• Select the appropriate grinding method and grinding tank according to the sample characteristics
• Pay attention to the safety of liquid nitrogen when grinding at low temperature
