HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is a fine grinding and fine grinding equipment specially designed by HUXI brand for laboratory processing of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. Principle
The equipment is ground by vibration, the vibration speed range is 60-1800rpm, Frequency range is 1-30Hz, combined with a variety of grinding tanks and adapters, to achieve the sample grinding, grinding, mixing and homogenization processing.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate grinding tank or adapter
2. Set ground parameters including Time, Speed and Frequency through the large Touchscreen
3. Start the device for ground processing
4. Remove the sample after finishing grinding
Notice
• Feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Regular grinding time is recommended for 1-3 minutes
• Choose the appropriate grinding method according to the sample characteristics (dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding or high flux grinding)
• Ensure that the grinding tank is tightened and sealed
• Device weight about 28kg, be careful when handling
