Overview
The HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is a HUXI brand equipment designed for laboratories, for fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. Samples that can be processed include grains, oilseeds, soil, Tobacco, wood, animal feed, cheese, fruit, bone, hair, plant and animal tissue, fertilizer, electronic waste, sludge, alloy, coal, ore, chemicals, plastics, ceramics, Glass, DNA extraction, etc.

Principle
Sample Handling is achieved by vibrating the ground, with a vibration speed range of 60-1800r/min and a Frequency of 1-30Hz. By controlling the grinding time and speed parameters, combined with the optional grinding tank and adapter, the sample can be pulverized, ground, mixed and homogenized. Special support for low temperature grinding to protect heat sensitive materials.

Steps
1. Set ground parameters (time, speed) through the large screen Touchscreen
2. Select and install the appropriate grinding tank or adapter
3. Place the sample in the ground container
4. Start the equipment for ground processing
5. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed

• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Grinding time can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes 59 seconds depending on sample characteristics
• Processing capacity does not exceed 2x20ml
• Dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding or high throughput grinding method can be selected according to sample characteristics
• Confirm that the grinding tank type is compatible with the sample before use
