Overview
The HMR-1 handheld grinder is a micro-tissue sample grinding and mixing device for experiments in molecular biology, proteomics and other fields. It uses a motor-driven grinding head and a rechargeable battery to efficiently grind tissue samples in a 1.5ml centrifuge tube, reducing sample loss. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and low power consumption.
Features
1.3 Rotation speed is adjustable, the operation is fast and effective, the product is light and compact, the one-hand operation is fast and the power consumption is small.
2. The grinding pestle is easy to disassemble, not easy to abrasion, can be sterilized at high temperature, standard 3 diamond grinding pestle and USB charging equipment, high grinding efficiency, portable and environmentally friendly, easy to use.
3. Suitable for ground crushing of various plant tissues, animal tissues and cell samples.
4. Can be used with common DNA/RNA Extraction Reagent Kit to effectively reduce sample loss during operation.
Principle
The device relies on a motor-driven grinding head, powered by a rechargeable battery, to perform high-speed swirl/spin grinding and mixing of tissue samples within a 1.5 ml centrifuge tube for efficient crushing and mixing.
Applications
Molecular biology, proteomics
Steps
Place the tissue sample into a 1.5-ml centrifuge tube.
2. Install the grinding pestle and select the appropriate Rotation speed gear.
3. Start the equipment for grinding and mixing operations.
4. After completion, remove the grinding pestle for cleaning or sterilizing.
Notice
Make sure the battery is fully charged before use.
● Pay attention to safety when removing and installing the grinding pestle to avoid damage.
● After high temperature sterilization, it needs to be chilled down before use.
Avoid overhandling samples and ensure they are within the 1.5 ml volume.
● Please use the standard USB device when charging, pay attention to the Charging time.
