Overview
The HMR-1 handheld grinder is a HUXI brand handheld tissue grinding device equipped with a φ 3mm pestle. It is a small tissue grinder that relies on a motor-driven grinding head and has a built-in rechargeable battery. It can grind and mix trace tissue samples in a 1.5ml centrifuge tube, effectively reducing the loss of samples during operation. The device is compact, light weight and low power consumption, making it suitable for experiments in molecular biology, proteomics and other fields.

Principle
The HMR-1 hand-held grinding instrument relies on the motor to drive the grinding head, and performs high-speed grinding and mixing of tissue samples in a 1.5ml centrifuge tube through an adjustable Rotation speed (5000~ 18000rpm) to achieve sample crushing and uniform mixing, while reducing sample loss.

Steps
Place the tissue sample into a 1.5-ml centrifuge tube.
2. Install the grinding pestle onto the device.
3. Select the appropriate Rotation speed gear.
4. Start the equipment for grinding and mixing operations.
5. Remove the ground pestle for cleaning or sterilizing after use.
Notice
• Make sure the grinding pestle is firmly installed to avoid loosening during operation.
• Check the battery level before use to avoid long-term operation under low power.
• Clean the ground pestle and equipment in time after grinding to prevent sample residue.
• Follow relevant safety regulations when sterilizing at high temperature to avoid burns.
• Only suitable for centrifuge tubes with a capacity of 1.5ml and below, do not use in excess.
