Overview
RWD200 LCD digital display top-mounted Stirrer is an LCD top-mounted Stirrer of HUXI brand. It adopts self-locking chuck and can be equipped with self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip. Large LCD screen display, Rotation speed and time adjustable, used for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity sample mixing; mainly used in scientific research, chemical industry, petrochemical, cosmetics, food, biology and other fields.
Features
1. CD screen display, Rotation speed and time can be roughly adjusted, Working time can also be fine-tuned under working conditions
2. Rotation speed 30-1600rpm, can be constant Rotation speed, high and low speed controllable
3. DC brushless motor, long-term safe operation, outstanding performance
4. Overload and motor protection, in the event of overload, short circuit or abnormality, automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment
5. Configure the Impeller penetration hole, the user does not need to adjust the installation height of the instrument, just the installation position of the stirring rod.
6. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample, which is convenient for experimental operation
7. Multiple Impellers, Bracket Optional
Principle
Driven by a brushless DC motor, the Impeller is fixed by a self-locking chuck, and the Rotation speed and time are adjusted under the control of the LCD screen to achieve sample mixing. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the sample viscosity to ensure stable operation.
Applications
Scientific research, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, cosmetics, food, biology
Steps
1. Install Impeller to Self-locking Chuck
2. Connect the Power Adapter
3. Rotation speed and time parameters set by LCD screen
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 40 ° C
• Environmental humidity not exceeding 80%
• Avoid overload or short circuit situations
• Check the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad before use
• The instrument will automatically stop and alarm when there is a failure
