HUXI Portable Homogenizer 6G Knife Head is an accessory designed for HR-6B and HR-10B Homogenizers with a stator diameter of 6mm and can handle samples with viscosity up to 100CP. Standard Processing capacity ranges from 0.2 to 50ml.

Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, and uniformly mixes and disperses the sample between the stator and the rotor to achieve efficient homogenization.

Steps
1. Confirm that the homogenizer model is HR-6B or HR-10B.
2. Install the 6G cutter head to the main engine of the homogenizer
3. Add 0.2~ 50ml sample
4. Start the homogenizer for processing
5. Turn off the power after processing and take out the sample.
6. Clean the knife head for next use
Notice
• Only suitable for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers
• The processing viscosity shall not exceed 100CP
• The sample volume should be controlled within the range of 0.2~ 50ml
• The knife head should be cleaned in time after use
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts
