HUXI Portable Homogenizer 8G cutter head is an accessory specially designed for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers. The stator diameter is 8mm, and it can handle samples with viscosity up to 500CP. The standard Processing capacity is 10~ 60ml.

Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, uniformly disperses and emulsifies the sample in the range of 10~ 60ml, and is suitable for materials with a viscosity of not more than 500CP.

Steps
1. Confirm that the homogenizer model is HR-6B or HR-10B.
2. Install the 8G cutter head on the main engine of the homogenizer
3. Add 10~ 60ml of sample to be processed
4. Rotation speed according to sample viscosity
5. Start the homogenizer for processing
6. Turn off the power after the processing is completed, and take out the cutter head for cleaning.
Notice
• Only suitable for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers
• Sample viscosity must not exceed 500CP
• Processing capacity should be controlled within the range of 10~ 60ml
• The cutter head should be cleaned in time after use
• Avoid idling or overload operation
