HUXI Portable Homogenizer 8GST cutter head is an accessory specially designed for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers. The stator diameter is 8mm, and it can handle materials with viscosity up to 500CP. The standard Processing capacity is 10~ 60ml.

Principle
Through the high-speed swirl/spin of the cutter head to generate shear force, the material is uniformly mixed and dispersed in the range of 10~ 60ml, suitable for Sample Handling with a viscosity of not more than 500CP.

Steps
1. Confirm that the homogenizer model is HR-6B or HR-10B.
2. Install the 8GST cutter head to the homogenizer
3. Add 10~ 60ml of sample to be processed
4. Start the homogenizer to mix evenly
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the cutter head after processing is completed
Notice
• Only for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers, do not use on Miscellaneous models
• The viscosity of the processed sample shall not exceed 500CP
• Standard Processing capacity range is 10~ 60ml, do not overdose
• Clean the knife head in time after use to avoid residues affecting the next use
