HUXI Portable homogenizer 10G cutter head is an accessory specially designed for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers. The stator diameter is 10mm and can handle samples with viscosity up to 2000CP.

Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, and the sample is efficiently homogenized between the stator and the rotor, which is suitable for sample preparation of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Confirm that the homogenizer model is HR-6B or HR-10B.
2. Install the 10G cutter head correctly on the homogenizer
3. Set the appropriate processing parameters according to the sample viscosity
4. Add 30-150ml of sample for homogenization
5. Clean the knife head in time after finishing the treatment
Notice
• Only for HR-6B/10B homogenizers, do not use for Miscellaneous models
• The processing viscosity should not exceed 2000CP to avoid equipment damage
• Make sure the cutter head is firmly installed before use to prevent loosening
• After the treatment is completed, it should be cleaned in time to keep the knife head clean
• Pay attention to the safety of operation and avoid contact with the cutter head when swirling/spinning at high speed
