Overview
HUXI Portable homogenizer 10GST cutter head is an accessory specially designed for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers. The stator diameter is 10mm and can handle samples with viscosity up to 2000CP. The standard Processing capacity is 30~ 150ml.

Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, and uniformly mixes and disperses the sample between the stator and the rotor to realize the homogenization of the sample.

Steps
1. Confirm that the homogenizer model is HR-6B or HR-10B.
2. Install the 10GST cutter head on the main unit of the homogenizer
3. Add 30~ 150ml of sample to the processing container
4. Start the homogenizer for homogenization
5. Turn off the equipment and remove the knife head for cleaning after processing.
Notice
• Only for HR-6B and HR-10B homogenizers, do not use on Miscellaneous models
• The viscosity of the processed sample shall not exceed 2000CP
• Standard Processing capacity range is 30~ 150ml, do not overdose
• Clean the knife head in time after use to maintain hygiene
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts
