Principle
The HR-6B Portable homogenizer drives the working head to swirl/spin at high speed by driving the motor to realize the mixing, emulsification and homogenization of liquids and liquids, the dispersion of liquids and solid powders, and the mashing and pulping of tissue cells. The speed control base adopts a stepless governor, which can easily adjust the Rotation speed to ensure stable operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate header configuration and install it on the host
2. Put the material into the processing container
3. Adjust the Rotation speed gear of the speed control base according to the processing needs
4. Start the equipment for homogenization
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head after processing is completed

• Power supply voltage of 220V 50HZ before operation
• When handling materials, pay attention to the maximum processing viscosity of 2000CP
• The equipment allows a relative humidity of 80% to avoid use in a high Humidity environment
• The contact part of the working head is made of stainless steel, and the corrosion resistance needs to be checked regularly
