Overview
The HZR-25 online Mulser is a high-efficiency emulsification mixing equipment with a lightweight, Modular structure design, easy operation and support for long-term continuous operation. The equipment ensures that 100% of the material passes through the shearing cavity to achieve efficient homogenization without dispersion dead ends. It is suitable for cyclic or continuous processing in laboratory simulated online working conditions to complete online dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and mixing processes.

Principle
Through the unique stator and rotor structure to generate super shear force, the material 100% through the shear cavity, quickly reduce the particle size under high-speed swirl/spin, to achieve efficient homogenization and dispersion, no dispersion dead angle.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz)
2. Rotation speed according to material characteristics (7500~ 30000rpm range)
3. Adjust Rotation speed through gear adjustment and scale display
4. Start the equipment for cyclic or online continuous processing
5. Turn off the power after processing is completed
