HR-25Z High Shear Homogenization Mulser is a Machinery specially designed for sample homogenization and emulsification. It can be equipped with a variety of working heads of different specifications to quickly realize sample dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, suspension, stirring, etc. It is mainly suitable for medium batch and medium viscosity materials, as well as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and mixing of solid and liquid. This product uses original imported motors to greatly reduce the working noise of instruments and equipment and can work for a long time.

Principle
The high-speed swirl/spin head generates a strong shear force, and the double stator structure enhances the shear effect to achieve dispersion, homogenization, emulsification and mixing of materials. The stepless speed control system can precisely control the Rotation speed in the range of 11,000-30000rpm to adapt to different process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate cutter head according to the process requirements and install it
2. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz)
3. Place the material in a suitable container
4. Rotation speed set by stepless speed knob
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, homogenization, emulsification and other operations
6. Turn off the power after the operation is completed and clean the equipment
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Ensure that the material Processing capacity is within the equipment specification range (0.2-1500 0ml)
• Material viscosity should not exceed 8000cP
