Overview
HR-25 Laboratory Homogenization Mulser is a Machinery specially designed for sample homogenization and emulsification. It can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of working heads to achieve dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, suspension, stirring and other functions. The use of brushless DC motor technology breakthroughs, reduces working noise, can work for a long time and provides a Toner-free environment to ensure that the sample is free from the risk of Toner contamination.
Features
1. Various working heads of different specifications, meeting 0.2~ 10000mL Processing capacity, suitable for different Sample Handling requirements
2. Stepless speed regulation function, Rotation speed up to 30000rpm, stable acceleration control, basic type with 1~ 6 gear Rotation speed adjustable
3. The whole machine has a compact structure design and exquisite shape, providing 27m2/s linear speed for sample homogenization
4. The two-way support rod design is combined with the double-hole fixed clip to form an integrated lifting adjustment system, and the experiment is reliable and safe
Principle
The high-speed swirl/spin of the working head is driven by the DC brushless motor to realize the dispersion, homogenization, emulsification and stirring of the sample. The motor provides stable Rotation speed and linear speed to ensure uniform mixing of the sample.
Applications
Biological animal and plant tissue cells, cosmetics, food, chemicals
Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification according to the Sample Handling
2. Install the workhead to the host
3. Connect the power supply and set the required Rotation speed gear
4. Start the equipment for homogenization and emulsification
5. Turn off the power after processing and clean the work head.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets 200~ 240V requirements before use
• Select the appropriate head according to sample viscosity and Processing capacity
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to maintain performance
• Pay attention to equipment temperature changes when working for a long time
