Overview
HR-25D Laboratory Homogeneous Mulser is a Machinery specially designed for sample homogenization and emulsification. It can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of working heads to achieve dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, suspension, stirring and other functions. Brushless DC motor technology is used to break through, reduce working noise, support long-term work, and avoid the risk of Toner pollution. It is widely used in biological animal and plant tissue cells, cosmetics, food, chemical and other fields.
Features
1. Various working heads of different specifications, Processing capacity 0.2~ 10000mL, suitable for different sample requirements
2. Digital display design, Rotation speed 4000~ 26000 rpm can be set arbitrarily, with 0~ 999min timing function, automatic stop at the end of operation
3. The whole machine is compact and beautifully shaped, providing a line speed of 27m ²/s
4. The two-way support rod combined with the double-hole fixed clip forms an integrated lifting adjustment system, which is reliable and safe for the experiment
5. Can be matched with a temperature sensor to measure the sample temperature in real time, and automatically stop when it reaches the set value to protect the safety of the sample
Principle
HR-25D laboratory homogenization Mulser drives the working head at high speed swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve dispersion, homogenization, emulsification and other processing of samples. The motor provides a Speed range of 4000~ 26000rpm, and combines different specifications of the working head to adapt to 0.2~ 10000mL Processing capacity to ensure efficient homogenization.
Applications
Biological animal and plant tissue cells, cosmetics, food, chemicals
Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification work head and install it
2. Set the required Rotation speed (4000~ 26000rpm)
3. Set the timing time (0~ 999min)
4. Start the instrument to run, and automatically stop at the end of the run
5. Optional temperature sensor, set temperature value for monitoring
Notice
• Make sure the working head is firmly installed before use
• Select the appropriate working head according to the amount of Sample Handling
• Avoid overload operation to protect the motor
• Regularly clean the work head to prevent contamination
• Make sure the temperature sensor is connected correctly
