HUXI 10G Head (Model: 20040024) is an Optional accessory designed for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D Homogenizer for medium viscosity Sample Handling.

Principle
The 10G cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, uniformly disperses and emulsifies the sample, and is suitable for liquid processing with a viscosity below 200CP.

Steps
1. Verify Homogenizer model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 or HR-25D)
2. Install the 10G cutter head on the Homogenizer
3. Set the processing parameters and control the sample volume within the range of 10~ 150ml
4. Start Homogenizer for Sample Handling
5. Turn off the equipment after processing, disassemble and clean the knife head

• Please confirm that the sample viscosity does not exceed 200CP before use
• Processing capacity should be controlled within the range of 10~ 150ml
• Only compatible HUXI Homogenizer models
• It should be cleaned and maintained in time after use
• Avoid overload operation to prolong service life
