Overview
HUXI 18G cutter head (model: 20040025) is an Optional accessory designed for the HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D series of equipment, suitable for handling medium to high viscosity samples.

Principle
The 18G cutter head shears and disperses the sample through a high-speed swirl/spin blade, and uses mechanical force to uniformly mix the high-viscosity material, which is suitable for laboratory sample pretreatment.

Steps
1. Confirm device model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, HR-25D)
2. Install the 18G cutter head to the host
3. Set processing parameters according to sample characteristics
4. Start the device for Sample Handling
5. Clean the cutter head after processing is completed
