HUXI 18F cutter head is an Optional accessory specially designed for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, HR-25D models, suitable for laboratory Sample Handling. The cutter head has a standard Processing capacity of 50~ 1500ml and a maximum processing viscosity of 2000CP.

Principle
The 18F cutter head is used for homogenization, dispersion or emulsification of samples through mechanical shearing and high-speed swirl/spin, which is suitable for liquid samples of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Confirm the compatibility of the equipment model; 2. Install the 18F cutter head to the host; 3. Set the parameters according to the sample viscosity and Processing capacity; 4. Start the equipment for Sample Handling; 5. Turn off the equipment and clean the cutter head after processing is completed.
