HUXI 20G cutter head (model: 20040027) is an optional cutter head accessory designed for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D series equipment, suitable for medium viscosity Sample Handling.

Principle
As the cutter head accessory of the dispersion homogenization equipment, the shear force is generated by high-speed swirl/spin to achieve rapid homogenization, emulsification or dispersion of the sample.

Steps
1. Confirm device model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 or HR-25D)
2. Install the 20G cutter head according to the equipment manual
3. Set processing parameters (sample volume 50~ 1500ml, viscosity does not exceed 3000CP)
4. Start the device for Sample Handling
5. Clean the knife head in time after the treatment is completed
