HUXI 25G cutter head (model: 20040031) is an optional accessory designed for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D Homogenizer for laboratory Sample Handling. The cutter head has a standard processing capacity of 100~ 5000ml and a maximum processing viscosity of 5000CP, enabling efficient processing of high viscosity samples.

Principle

Steps
1. Verify Homogenizer model compatibility (e.g. HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, or HR-25D).
2. Install the 25G cutter head onto the Homogenizer.
3. Set processing parameters (such as Rotation speed and time) according to sample characteristics.
4. Start Homogenizer for Sample Handling.
5. After the treatment is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the cutter head for cleaning.
