HUXI 25DG cutter head (model 20040033) is an Optional accessory specially designed for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D series equipment. The standard processing capacity of this cutter head is 100~ 5000ml, and the maximum processing viscosity is 5000CP. It is suitable for dispersion processing of medium and high viscosity materials.

Principle
The 25DG cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, and efficiently disperses the material in the range of 100~ 5000ml. It is suitable for fluids with a viscosity of up to 5000CP to ensure uniform mixing and refinement.

Steps
1. Confirm device model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 or HR-25D)
2. Install the 25DG cutter head to the equipment spindle
3. Set processing parameters, Processing capacity control in the range of 100~ 5000ml
4. Start the device for decentralized operation
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the cutter head after completion
