HUXI 25JX cutter head (model 20040035) is an optional cutter head accessory for HR500, HR-500D, HR-25 and HR-25D Dispersers, with a standard Processing capacity of 100~ 6000ml and a maximum processing viscosity of 8000CP.

Principle
As a key accessory of Disperser, the 25JX cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin to evenly disperse and mix materials, which is suitable for the treatment of high-viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. Ensure that the Disperser power is turned off; 2. Install the 25JX cutter head on a compatible Disperser host; 3. Set the processing parameters according to the material characteristics; 4. Start the device for decentralized operation; 5. Turn off the device and clean the cutter head after the operation is completed.
