Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of high-viscosity samples.

Steps
1. Select a compatible device model (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, or HR-25D)
2. Install the 25T1 cutter head on the equipment
3. Set the processing parameters to ensure that the sample volume is within the range of 100~ 7000ml
4. Start the device for decentralized processing
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the cutter head after processing is completed

• Confirm device model compatibility before use
• The amount of processed samples must not exceed the upper limit of 7000ml
• Sample viscosity should not exceed 8000CP
• Clean the knife head in time after operation to prevent residue
• Avoid idling or overload operation
