The 25T6 cutter head is an Optional accessory of the HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, HR-25D series Dispersers under the HUXI brand, suitable for the processing of medium to large volume samples.

Principle
The cutter head generates shear force through high-speed swirl/spin, which efficiently disperses and mixes materials in the container, and is suitable for liquid handling of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Confirm device model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, HR-25D)
2. Install the 25T6 cutter head to the host
3. Set processing parameters according to material characteristics
4. Start the device for decentralized operation
5. Clean the cutter head after finishing

• Please confirm that the viscosity of the material does not exceed 5000CP before use
• Processing capacity should be controlled within the range of 50~ 5000ml
• Make sure the cutter head matches the host model
