Principle
The 30JQ cutter head shears and disperses the sample through a high-speed swirl/spin blade, which is suitable for homogenizing high-viscosity materials to ensure that the sample achieves the ideal dispersion effect within the specified Processing capacity range.

Steps
1. Confirm device model compatibility (HR500, HR-500D, HR-25, HR-25D)
2. Install 30JQ cutter head to the equipment

4. Start the device for Sample Handling
5. Clean the cutter head after finishing
