Overview
HUXI HR-3000DRH Electric Lifting Mulser is a device specially designed for small laboratory experiments. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of customized working heads of different specifications, suitable for a variety of industries.
Features
1. High efficiency, can quickly distribute a phase evenly into Miscellaneous materials, achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, product stability is not easy to delamination.
2. High processing accuracy, long life, rotating stator forging material and CNC numerical control machining center processing, small gap, good shear fineness, high emulsification dispersion efficiency, optional chill down double-decked barrel, equipment can run for a long time low temperature, support timing emulsification automatic shutdown.
3. Variety of methods, compact structure, electric lifting design, beautiful atmosphere, labor-saving, installation-free, can be selected according to the material viscosity of single/double-decked Mixing Tank, to meet different working conditions.
4. Non-standard, can be customized explosion-proof type, closed type, manual lifting type and other non-standard products, material optional SS304/SS316L/Hastelloy/titanium molybdenum nickel alloy, and can customize different emulsification heads to meet laboratory or small batch needs.
5.304 stainless steel package shell, fixed base.
Principle
Strong motor high-speed swirl/spin to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. Large kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear velocity. The material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, generating strong turbulence under the action of various directional forces. The material is repeatedly depolymerized, dispersed and homogenized, refined and shearing under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature technology, and finally forms a stable emulsion.
Applications
The dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in the biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries; the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as soup, dairy products, tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand other materials.
