Overview
The TQC VF2028 filter is part of the TQC viscosity cup filter series with an 8mm diameter outflow hole for the DIN viscosity cup from TQC in the Netherlands. The permeator holder is freely replaceable and extends the testing applicability of the DIN viscosity cup, mainly for the measurement of the viscosity of paints, varnishes and other liquids.

Principle
The TQC VF2028 filter is mounted on the cup body through the holder as Accessories for the DIN viscosity cup. During the viscosity test, the 8mm diameter outflow hole of the liquid through the filtrate nozzle flows out, and the liquid viscosity is calculated according to the outflow time. Internal dimensions approximate the DIN 53211 standard, ensuring Reliability of measurement results.

Steps
1. Install the VF2028 filter on the filter holder of the TQC DIN viscosity cup
2. Make sure the filter is firmly fixed
3. Test according to standard viscosity measurement procedures
4. After the test is completed, the Miscellaneous diameter filter can be replaced for different tests

• Check whether the filter diameter is the required 8mm before installation
• Make sure that the filter nozzle is tightly connected to the holder to prevent leakage
