Overview
The TQC VF2027 filter is a viscosity cup accessory from the Dutch brand TQC, with a diameter of 7mm, mainly suitable for the TQC DIN viscosity cup. The filter filter is freely replaceable and extends the test applicability of the DIN viscosity cup for the measurement of the viscosity of paints, varnishes and other liquids.

Principle
As part of the TQC DIN viscosity cup, the filter is mounted on the viscosity cup through the holder. During the viscosity test, the liquid flows out through the 7mm diameter outflow hole of the filtrating nozzle, and the viscosity of the liquid is measured based on the outflow time, which approximately follows the principle of DIN 53211 standard.

Steps
1. Install the VF2027 filter filtrate holder onto the TQC DIN viscosity cup
2. Make sure the filter is firmly installed
3. Perform a viscosity test, and the liquid flows out through a 7mm diameter outflow hole
4. Viscosity measurement based on outflow time
5. After the test is completed, the Miscellaneous diameter filter can be replaced to meet different needs

• Make sure the filter is firmly installed to avoid loosening during the test
• Only for TQC DIN viscosity cups, not compatible with Miscellaneous brands or models
• Check whether the filter diameter is 7mm before use, and confirm that the model is VF2027.
• Tested to approximate DIN 53211 standards, but not fully compliant
• Regularly clean the filter to prevent residues from affecting Test accuracy
