Overview
The TQC VF2026 filter is one of the TQC viscosity cup series products, specially designed for the DIN viscosity cup of TQC in the Netherlands, with a filter diameter of 6mm. The freely replaceable penetating nozzle holder extends the test applicability of the DIN viscosity cup, mainly for viscosity measurement of paints, varnishes and other liquids.

Principle
The TQC VF2026 filter is installed on the DIN viscosity cup, and the liquid outflow speed is controlled through its 6mm diameter outflow hole. Combined with the viscosity cup Internal dimensions approximate the DIN 53211 standard, the viscosity value of the liquid is measured.

Steps
1. Install the VF2026 filter on the filter holder of the DIN viscosity cup
2. Make sure the filter is firmly connected to the viscosity cup
3. Pour in the liquid to be tested for viscosity test
4. Clean the filter after the test is completed for next use
Notice
• Check whether the connection between the filter and the viscosity cup is tight before use
• Clean the filter in time after the test to prevent residue from clogging
• Avoid applying excessive external force to the filter to avoid damage
